I'm still here, ridiculously busy with new job and voice lessons and dance and choir. I do check DA daily, pretty much, but don't post much. I've just taken pictures of a beautiful cyclomen plant we have on our kitchen table and am dying to play with them and submit a bunch, but I really don't have the time so I'm just submitting the one that doesn't need any editing.

Hm, I always hate when people's profile pages don't say anything about them. I'm a student at the moment, still looking for ideas for where I want to go with my life. I waitress as a summer job, took totally random courses last year, and may volunteer in the year to come. Who knows!

Yes, saw it tonight! I liked all the humour, thought it was pretty well-done though it's a shame they had to leave so much out (and wtf with the random running-through-grass scene? And the Burrow!)

i know, and that bit was left at such loose ends, too... but, as my sister pointed out, without that scene, there was practically no mention at all of sirius in the movie, and that scene illustrated harry's ongoing insecurity and rage about the whole thing, because without it he looks too clam and collected, given that in the books his feelings about it are all in his thoughts, so it can't be depicted easily without a sudden outburst like that.

i'm mainly upset that they've left out bill... but in general i've come to terms with the fact that they leave stuff out and take it as its own entity.

in GENERAL i understood and agreed with most of the cutting decisions they made.
it was my fave movie of them yet.
